By integrating chemocatalysis, biocatalysis, and process engineering, integrated catalysis gives people the tools and techniques people need to change the way molecules are generated. The goal is to create the underlying chemistry needed to synthesise sequence-defined polymeric materials from pools of available feedstocks utilising spatially separated and switchable catalysts in a single reactor.
